The App is intended for small business owners, shop owners, and members of the public.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

• Account creation requires a valid phone number and password
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Providing false or misleading information is prohibited

4. User Data and Privacy

• Phone number and password are stored securely to provide App services
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes
• Use of the App implies consent to our data practices

5. User Content

Users may upload images and files via camera, gallery, or file manager.

You retain ownership of your content while granting Bazrin Merchant permission to store and display it for App services.

Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal material
• Offensive or abusive content
• Viruses or malware

6. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt the App
• Do not impersonate other users
• Do not collect other users’ data without consent

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All App content, including software, logos, and design, belongs to Bazrin Merchant or its licensors.

8. No Payments or Purchases

Bazrin Merchant currently does not support payments or subscriptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Bazrin Merchant is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
